Lose the Unions
As mentioned earlier, many people want to shut down unions. Personally, I think a union makes people lazy as it appears to be more geared toward the employee and not really an ombudsman so to speak. They have part to blame in political ideology and are signatores to loss profits and gains by crying too much about rights. Just do your job and everything else fallas into place.
