Evaluate positions/ employees performance
Each Civilian position needs to be evaluated by people outside the particular area to see where employees can be moved from one position to another that would need more people. I know several areas that do not have 8 hours worth of work while other positions are struggling to keep their head above water. Each Civilian position needs to be evaluated by people outside the particular area to see where employees can be moved from one position to another that would need more people. I know several areas that do not have 8 hours worth of work while other positions are struggling to keep their head above water. During a time of a budget crisis we need to have all employees' positions pushed to a level where all employees have a feeling of being super busy.
