Not my job
I came from the priavte sector and one thing I noticed was the focus was on the customer. Our customers are the American people or other government agencies. I think the mentality of its not my job needs to go out the window ASAP. If you have the ability to tell someone the correct answer or do the right thing then do it. I think the mentality of its not my job needs to go out the window ASAP. If you have the ability to tell someone the correct answer or do the right thing then do it. Do not have this mentality well they are a higher grade than me or they are in a different department, just do the right thing. I have noticed in my short time there is WAY to much of this in the government. This also goes for Congress stop all this garbage and do what is right you know what is right.
