Eliminate the large amounts of paper sent with mailed prescriptions. Include medication information with the first mailing of a new medication, and make it brief, not PDR length, more like nursing drug book info length. Eliminate the change of address forms included in the mailings, the no refills remaining sheets, and the refill sheets; make refills by phone only.
