  Eliminate US Dept of Education.

  FY 2010 cost: $47-Billion. Overhead costs extremely high. US Dept of Education does not represent interests of States and DC fairly. Instead, pass funds directly to States and DC and let them decide best use of funds for their people - incl, gifted programs, charter schools, home-schooling, voucher programs, etc.
