Everyone can work 4 ten hour days with a three day weekend. Sounds off the wall...but look at how much savings there will be in federal buildings when the lights are out and computers are off an extra day a week. :-)

I understand that some people REALLY need these programs, but I've seen way too many people abusing the system. Put a system in place that is fraud-proof. Include drug testing as a requirement. I work hard at my job to have the things I have, and I see some of these people with nicer cars, phones, etc. than I have. Makes me want to quit my job so I can get free handouts for saying I am too stressed out. (Yes, there are people out there who are on disability because of stress.)
