If we are fighting for another country and they have money or goods that could pay us for our service, have them pay us back. Libya is a good example, we know right now they have the money, if we go in they should pay us, and anyone else that supports them, what it costs. We will never get what we truly deserve as many will die or have medical problems.

Permit a role over of funds that are giving to agencies. Every year I see millions of dollars wasted because the thought is if we do not spend it we will lose it. If they were able to figuratively speaking bank the money you would find less waste and agencies could save up for larger projects without the fear of losing it.

Right now the US is the country that needs assistance. If we were looking at our country as some other country we would be giving the US aid. Follow the golden rule pay your self first and then help others when you can.
right now as we support others we become weaker, we need to back off and get ourselves right.

US companies that decide to take their companies out of the US should have a higher tax when they bring those items produced into the US for sale. Hopefully this will have companies return to the US and employ US persons, resulting in the US have a stronger economy.
