Add your comment for Idea: Contract formatContracts need to be standardized across all the services. They need to be electronic and searchable using a prepared template of criteria which can be tailored to your specific needs. This will reduce time spent reviewing multiple pages because all the contracts are different.

Add your comment for Idea: Data managementQuality Assurance Reps in my location have enough to do without taking valuable time to supply data for reports to upper management. QAR's can use databases that will do that function with no time sacrificed by QAR's and all management has to do is know how to pull a report. This would be a major step forward for this Agency. We need test the databases first! Then decide as a group on which is best.

1 comment for Idea: Expensive office spaceAgencies have to follow Policy/guidelines when selecting where Government office space will be leased. This resulted in a move to one of the most expensive places in town and also now requires employees to pay for parking. Government needs to reconsider any Policy/guideline that requires leasing premium office space. Suitable and safe alternatives are available for much less money with no parking fees.

3 comments for Idea: Reduce Ink expensesInk is super expensive. I have been refilling ink cartridges on my US Govt. Printer for pennies on the dollar. Not sure how much money has been saved since I am not sure what we spend for ink but I estimate my expenses at about 17 dollars for around three years of ink.
