Duplicative Oversight and Reporting Channels
There are too many oversight methods and reporting stovepipes. We report the same basic information through several functionalities: Senior functional management, CFO, Contracting, and IT. Each want different formats for risks, issues, and milestones. Each has different reporting periods and of course they all differ from the Exhibit 300s.
