  Too much overhead.

  Eliminate half of the upper level management jobs, we are too top heavy and High end managers are underworked.

  Making U.S. currency more global

  Encourage others countries to adopt U.S. currency. Many smaller countries would only need a little encouragement to adopt our currency.
