cost of stun lethal fence at prisons
What are yearly electrical costs for the running of stun lethal fences at all federal pens, verses manning external gun towers. ie salaries for a year to man external gun towers.

All government agencies should be requirred to send all unused and long term stored properties to a regional depot. Before new procurement of governemnt properties all agencies should have to first utilize these depots. This will stop surveying out property that is still useable and eliminate waste and buying of new unneeded items. All government agencies should be requirred to send all unused and long term stored properties to a regional depot. Before new procurement of governemnt properties all agencies should have to first utilize these depots. This will stop surveying out property that is still useable and eliminate waste and buying of new unneeded items. When there is an overage of property and it is not utilized within 60 days it is forwared to the depot for utilization elsewhere. By some other agency. When returing property to the depot credit is given for the value of the product and allowance to take that amount of needed supplies from the depot.

Many federal prisons are geographicaly located in the South. Most federal prisons have substanial acres of land surrounding their facilites. Why not utilize this land for growing crops. This will relieve food costs and provide work for our populations. Most prisons could grow crops eight to nine months a year this would relieive the strain of costs of food, which are forever rising. This will relieve food costs and provide work for our populations. Most prisons could grow crops eight to nine months a year this would relieive the strain of costs of food, which are forever rising. Surplus could be distributed to other prions in the system. This would also be an outlet for inmates and possibly reduce some violence and aggression. A tired inmate is less prone to be problematic.
