  Politically correct

  Stop all of this politically correct way of doing business. They have failed again in El Paso. If they would have gone with the contract bid that was the least expensive instead of trying to be politically correct. It would have saved them millions.   Stop all of this politically correct way of doing business. They have failed again in El Paso. If they would have gone with the contract bid that was the least expensive instead of trying to be politically correct. It would have saved them millions. Now they have used up all of the available overtime, just because they wanted to be politically correct. Time to stop this crazy way of doing business. They also need to stop the diversity action committes. It is odd that there is a hiring freeze on, but we still do the same politically correct way and it just costs us money

  BOP MEDICAL

  Run the medical departments in the BOP, as you would on the outside. If the outside ran like the BOP, not only would we be shut down because of money, but we would have so many law suits that the medical boards would intervene. We need to let the doctors be doctors, pharmacist be pharmacist, and nurses be nurses. Quit trying to be politically correct and just hold everyone to standards. If the outside ran like the BOP, not only would we be shut down because of money, but we would have so many law suits that the medical boards would intervene. We need to let the doctors be doctors, pharmacist be pharmacist, and nurses be nurses. Quit trying to be politically correct and just hold everyone to standards. Most doctors are so tired of the non-autonomy that they just give up, quit, transfer to other agencies, or get into the blend of mediocrity. And then we are left with mediocrity and so much oversite the cost goes up.

  consolidate the federal law enforcemnt into one agency

  Put all law enforcement into one agency and allow that agency to draw upon its resouces as needed. There is just too much overlap of personel, equip, technology, etc.

  diversity

  Stop all of the diversity programs, and just hire and promote the best. If you do this, then you will improve moral and production of federal employees
