We create so many paper files that get passed from person to person, then return to a filing area, sit and in some cases get archived for multiple years. There are so many great document management systems that can cut the need for "paper files" and all the space they occupy. The benefit is less paper, toner, printers and in most cases easier access to data from multiple locations.
