90% or more of the govt forms should be printed from agency websites or distributed as attachment by e-mail. Ridiculous to waste printing, postage, handling, mailings through channels. Also, most agency forms should be printed from links and not ordered and mailed to offices! Only about 20% of govt forms are currently available for use on-line. Consider all the printing/postage/handling/ time wasted, etc. Make all possible govt forms available on-line! Both for work and private citizen use.

1 comment for Idea: General Fund for Leave DonationEstablish a "General Fund" for donated A/L where federal employees can go to donate and HR/POB distributes the leave for their agency. Often, we want to donate, but do not know anyone on the leave donor recipient list so it would be good if we could distribute to a General Account for distribution.

Simply print from agency websites or distributed as attachment by e-mail. Ridiculous to waste printing, postage, handling, mailings through channels.
