Provide laptops to students from k-12 grade using Lottery procee
Encourage computer literacy in grade school children by providing ipads,laptops etc from grade k-12. This will peak a childs interest in computers and education/learning. We need an advantage for our children. The funding could come from the lottery proceeds.(It is my understanding the lottery supports school funding by every ticket purchased). Encourage computer literacy in grade school children by providing ipads,laptops etc from grade k-12. This will peak a childs interest in computers and education/learning. We need an advantage for our children. The funding could come from the lottery proceeds.(It is my understanding the lottery supports school funding by every ticket purchased). If we buy in bulk or produce the laptops,ipads here in the US we also encourage economic growth by providing jobs to Americans here in the USA. Not only will our children benefit the ecomony would also benefit. It would provide a structured,concrete way for educational money to be used for education via the lottery. Provide bonuses for teacher able to show computer literacy of students.
