Hiring Freeze
When an employee retires or quits and we are not allowed to replace said employee it causes stress, low morale and a lot of tired and over worked employees.
If we are supposed to give top notch service to the public we cannot do it without enough personnel in the Offices of Disability, Adjudication and Review.
