Require executive (including the President) and legislative branches of government to provide the American voting public with quarterly reports clearly outlining their priorities and projected actions. A state of the union speach summarizing past actions is a bit disconcerting. "rebuttals" to this effort are useless babble. Require executive (including the President) and legislative branches of government to provide the American voting public with quarterly reports clearly outlining their priorities and projected actions. A state of the union speach summarizing past actions is a bit disconcerting. "rebuttals" to this effort are useless babble. If we all knew what was planned, we might have a better chance of influencing decision makers to better consider what their constituents really need and/or want. Once it's done, it's already too late.
