I think agencies should be far more concerned (monitor) the health care provided to employees. E. g. for the money paid to insurance companies by agencies (100 million dollars per year to one insurance company) employees should be able to tell someone that at the dentist they only see a hygenist, not a dentist, that they can't make an appointment without divulging their birthday (including the year), that they can't ...more »

E. g. for the money paid to insurance companies by agencies (100 million dollars per year to one insurance company) employees should be able to tell someone that at the dentist they only see a hygenist, not a dentist, that they can't make an appointment without divulging their birthday (including the year), that they can't see a doctor the same day, only a physician's asst., that it costs the same amout to see a physician's asst as a doctor, etc. I could go on, but I would think $100,000,000.00 a year (plus the employee's 25%) would have some leverage toward absolutely perfect customer service.
