Hire 100,000 ICE agents to audit businesses of all sizes to see if they've hired illegal immigrants. Heavily fine those that do (such as 10% of the business's net worth) and criminally prosecute business owners/executives. The illigal immigrants will lose their jobs and chose to leave; creating an additional 15+ million jobs for the American people. This would solve our unemployment problem, a lot of the economic problem, and unburden the states from supporting 15 million undocumented families with education and welfare.
