Working Supervisors

Suggest that all supervisors work as front line staff for one week every quarter - total 4 weeks a month. This would provide supervisor with recent experience of front line staff work environment and can relate to staff better. This would also save four weeks worth of salary (save money).

    good leaders do that already anyway - they walk the floor. I would never ask someone to do something I was not willing or have not done before - just good leadership.

    It would also cost 4 weeks of salary as supervisory work goes undone.
