Tuition Reimbursement for Non Govt Courses

Many Govt Agencies reimburse employees 100% tuition costs for all College, Review Classes, Certification Fees, and Non-Government courses. Suggest the employee be required to pay at least 50% of the costs for their tuition and fees.

  1. Horrible idea. Those that are actually taking courses probably are not higher grades anyways.

  2. AGAIN. Horrible idea! Most of the individuals taking college courses are GS5 to GS8. These are the most valuable employees of the organizations. They are the one's that get the job done and feel that they need to reward the few individuals that accept the challenge of working full time and going to classes. Most of them also have families and if they can find the time to do all that I say GOOD FOR THEM! Why take training away from employees that are doing the job?
