Yes

Instead of having ideas submitted like this once a year, why not have this website operational year round? Employees a bound to come up with similar ideas during other parts of the year but have no way to submit them.

    Disagree. Employee participation and time, that's why. I want to participate and feel comfortable doing so, as it's not an ongoing item I need to keep track of.

    Agree. Nobody has to participate in this if they don't want to. But we should have the opportunity to get our ideas out there whenever we think of them.
