Streamline Federal Hiring Process

Yes

It can take 6-9 months to get approval to publish notice of a job opening, and 3-6 months to get through the certification, interview, and acceptance/intake process. We lose a lot of good people this way! The faster we can post/hire/intake, the better crop of applicants we will get.
