Require Drug Testing for all Feds - failures fired!

They should not be employed as a Fed with illegal habits. The military has random drug tests and all feds should too.

    True that. We have random drug testing. Still, it's unlikely feds would have illegal drug habits, because we don't make enough $ to afford recreational drugs unless they start selling them at Walmart.
