Each year thousands of young people sign up for careers in the military just because they pay a bonus. These bonuses should be given only to those members who have completed the initial four years in that specific careerfield and then reenlists for another 4 or 6 years in that same careerfield. Bonus will be weighted on the criticality of the skill, the members performance reports, number of years reenlisting and other criteria mandated by that specific careerfield, i.e. language proficiency. This new criteria would provide a tested and dedicated non-commissioned corps of professionals who are in the career they WANT to be in.
