Model The Zip Car Program for GSA Vehicles

Yes

In areas where there are concentrations of Federal employees consider implementing a program similar to the Zip Car program for the GSA vehicles. For example have a pool of cars which are available to be reserved online by multiple organizations instead of every organization having there own group of cars. This could significantly reduce the number of required vehicles, thus reducing the cost of providing GSA cars throughout the Federal Government. This reduction in the number of GSA vehicles would also reduce greenhouse emissions.

    Congress uses zip car. GSA needs to develop this model for agencies that have short term needs for car.
