Merge CBP and ICE

Yes

The DHS is a morass of redundant and inefficient agencies and offices with overlapping authorities and functions wasting billions of dollars for nothing more than illogical and ill-conceived fiefdoms. Specifically ICE and CBP should be merged into one streamlined border department as was originally envisioned using the legacy U.S. Customs Service as the model of efficiency and bang for the buck.
