Keep the government moving as it should. For those who've been in the same positions for more than five years, get moving, learn new skills, meet new people, keep the brain fresh, and cultivate your ideas and skills to make our government as efficient as possible.
Make training and rotations mandatory for all. We will have a happier workforce.
