Mandatory Posting of All Awards

Yes

All will be surprised how much savings (and equity) can be brought when a little light is shined through mandatory, intra-agency, by-name posting/notification on all awards, promotions, bonuses, incentives, etc., etc., financial and otherwise, on at least a quarterly basis.

    Agreed. Last fiscal year I won civilian of the quarter from my agency, yet I was the only employee in my department who did not receive either a performance award or an on the spot award. Where is the accountability for how awards funds are allotted?
