IPACs - Obligating Document Number, PO Number

I agree to have my idea, not my name or information, posted online.:
Yes

Add fields on the IPAC form for Obligating Document number of the recipient and Purchase Order Number of the recipient. Perhaps we could all (government-wide) better streamline all of our financial systems if could put information relevant to both agencies (sender and recipient) on all IPACs. If those fields were required, perhaps we could automate a bill matching function better and save everyone in finance centers some time. Saving time saves money.
