The Government doesn't do enough to encourage use of alternative energy sources Energy companies penalize people who have wind turbines by charging them a fee for having it connected to their home. This fee offsets any benefits achieved by having the turbine. The Government should offer incentives to HOMEOWNERS for alternative energy sources and should make it illegal for energy companies to charge the homeowner for alternative energy sources.
