Allow employees to get percentage of money saved during a relocation. If an employee chooses to move themself (via a rental moving van) and/or if an employee opts to stay with relatives instead of temporary housing at a new location or even if an employee shortens their temporary housing stay, allow them to earn a percentage of the money saved off of the original extimated cost of the move.
