Quality Assurance Reps in my location have enough to do without taking valuable time to supply data for reports to upper management. QAR's can use databases that will do that function with no time sacrificed by QAR's and all management has to do is know how to pull a report. This would be a major step forward for this Agency. We need test the databases first! Then decide as a group on which is best.
