Cut foriegn aid budget

Yes

Cut or eliminate all foriegn aid in order to balance the US budget. Re-build the US first. Invest in the US, schools, colleges and infastructure.

When the US has a surplus budget - then give foriegn aid?

    I wish that would do it. But Foreign Assistance expenditures represent less than .2 percent of U.S. government expenditures. Now I am in favor of abolishing U.S.AID, the State Department's wing that run's foreign assistance programs. These inefectual nuckel-dragers couldn't find their rears with both hands.

    If we have to give foreign aid, let us not give money to the various countries but instead offer water & waste treatment facilities, power plants, roads, bridges, vehicles, heavy equipment, etc. which are designed, engineered and procured in the U.S.A.
