Currently companies must comply with numerous regulations and reporting requirements to export goods. Simplify these so that companies need only to report to a single government entity and if need be suffer an inspection by only a single government entity. If a violation were found, then those findings might be refered to the agency with the subject matter expertise to resolve the issue.
