Chinese Import/Export Safety

I agree to have my idea, not my name or information, posted online.:
Yes

Require China to certify all imported/exported goods to the US are lead free, especially items geared towards children. Items to be certified should include toys and jewelry. If exported goods are found to contain unsafe levels of lead, restrict and/or fine the Chinese government to alleviate this practice.

    It would also be appropriate to charge related health care costs back to the origination of the unsafe item(s).

    It is virtually impossible to pressure China too much because China virtually owns this country. They own too much of our national debt for us to get into a trade war with them.
