Centralize Military Medical Care

Centralize all military medical departments into one organization that provides medical care to all services. This would reduce individual medical departmental overhead and consolidate care.

    And get rid of Tricare for military being seen in military facilities.

    I still don't understand why they are necessary.

    Seems like extra bureaucracy.
