Require executive (including the President) and legislative branches of government to provide the American voting public with quarterly reports clearly outlining their priorities and projected actions. A state of the union speach summarizing past actions is a bit disconcerting. "rebuttals" to this effort are useless babble. If we all knew what was planned, we might have a better chance of influencing decision makers to better consider what their constituents really need and/or want. Once it's done, it's already too late.
